Booking Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Jash Rentals Malindi. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from us.

Payment Terms

Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The amount and payment terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, Mpesa, or cash. Payment instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation email.

Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of your reservation must be paid upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Cancellation and Modification

Check-in Time: Check-in time is typically at 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Check-out Time: Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

Additional Policies

Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each accommodation is specified at the time of booking. Additional guests may be accommodated for an extra charge, subject to approval by Jash Rentals Malindi.

House Rules: Guests are expected to adhere to our house rules and policies during their stay. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation without refund.
